Our Property Rules

Our passion is to create a safe, memorable and amazing experience for men.  Our guests’ experience is our top priority. 

Piñata PV Hotel is a men-only property (including all of the team working at Piñata PV Hotel). 

We provide a non-smoking, non-vaping, no illegal drug experience.

Pets are not allowed at our property. 

We have a lot of fun at Piñata PV Hotel and also provide the opportunity for rest and relaxation with quiet hours between 12.00am - 8.00am every day with the exception of special event evenings.

Access Reservation

  • Payment Policy

    Visa or Mastercard are accepted. We are not currently accepting American Express or Discover. A credit card is required to secure a reservation.

    All reservations are booked through our booking site.

    When making a reservation, a 30% charge of the total reservation will be processed on the credit card provided to secure the reservation. The additional 70% of the total will be due at check-in.

    A $300 room deposit is required at check-in for all reservations which will be refunded at check-out if there are no damages to the room or furnishings and all house policies are followed.

  • Cancellation & No Show Policy

    Canceled reservations 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit amount.

    Canceled reservations within 29 days of check-in will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit amount, and will be charged the full balance due amount on the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation. No Show reservations are considered canceled and will be charged the full balance due on the credit card provided.

    All cancellation charges will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of making the reservation.

Important Information

  • Check in begins at 3:00p (late check in must be requested if checking in after 7:00p)

  • Check out by 12:00p (late check out may be available, please ask on the day of departure)

  • Rooms are double occupancy unless approved by hotel team

  • Rooms are only reserved when a deposit is received

  • All guests and visitors to the property must check in with hotel team

  • Maximum of two visitors allowed per room

  • All guests and visitors must be a minimum of 18 years old

  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited and a $500 charge will be assessed if used

  • The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited

  • No parties are allowed without prior approval by hotel team

  • Our property has multiple sets of stairs

  • All Mexican local and state laws must be followed by all guests

  • We are an all-male only property

  • We all must treat each other with the highest level of respect and dignity
